Desk staff checked us out after first night even though we had reservation for three nights. Otherwise everything was fine.

clean, bed was comfy, staff was great, breakfast was awesome. close to everything we wanted to do.

wish the rooms were a little more sound proof. the woman in the room next to ours was very loud and we could hear her conversation.

The air conditioning worked well.

The first room I was given smelled like a dog, disappointing. Although the staff quickly changed my room, the second one wasn't very clean either. I found popcorn kernels on the floor and had to wipe down a sticky nightstand myself, which ruined my experience.

I was charged 3 nights for a 1 night stay and treated horribly by the hotel manager when I tried to explain, she accused me of trying to get a free night stay by lying about being overcharged and then she hung up in my face! Terrible management would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone until management is changed.

I appreciated the easy access to the Oconaluftee River Trail, where I enjoyed a lovely morning stroll and beautiful views. The breakfast in the cozy dining area was well-stocked and offered plenty of choices as a solo traveler.

Their statement of them having a shuttle to the casino that ran every 1/2 hour with last pickup at 11 pm ---when in reality the shuttle is a city owned thing with irregular pickups . When I came down to go at 10 before the hour I was informed they were on lunch hour ---$15 dollars cab to casino---can out at 10:45 , stood till almost midnight ---nobody ...$15 dollars cab back !!!!!!! Back at Embassy the Staff informed me the have no control over the shuttle !! which is what they should have told me upon arrival !! u owe me $30....!!!!!!!

Attentive and especially helpful staff, had really good stay!!!

The room was decent size, spotless and complete with a king size bed, an updated bathroom and couch. I had savoury food for breakfast with enough food.

Comfortable Overnight Stay with Great Staff

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The outdoor pool provided a relaxing break, and breakfast was good. For families, it's a nice, safe spot. Make sure to dine at the nearby casino. It was a pleasant surprise!

The breakfast was so good I couldn't help but go back for seconds, they had everything from hot omelets to fresh fruit which kept the kids happy. The staff treated us like family, always smiling and ready to help, like they really cared about us.

Wasn't exactly the least expensive option out there, but the quality made it acceptable.

The b3d was not q cloud nine mattress. Rhat is the whole reason i stayed there and was very disapointed.
